Tachodisc recently took part in a new television series, which analyses the significant role manufacturing has played over many years in the wealth creation of industries and its continued importance to the growth of the UK economy. The documentary was first broadcast on 8th January 2012 on BBC/ITV freesat 402 and Sky digital channel 231, and will be repeated on Wednesday 8th February at 20.00.

This year will see the country host the Olympics Games and celebrate the Queen’s Coronation. It will also bring a tranche of new legalisation and further changes for the road transport industry; for reference here is a reminder of some of the key legislative dates for your diary.

Tachodisc has teamed up with Hazchem, the ADR experts, to introduce a range of SQA and JAUPT accredited ADR training courses. The courses have been developed to address all the legal requirements for drivers and workers involved with ADR.
