Multimodal, one of the UK’s biggest freight transport, logistics and supply chain management events, has joined forces with the Inside Warehouse Logistics Expo (IWLEX), which focuses on the internal logistics and warehousing sector in the UK to “elevate the value proposition for their respective communities and stakeholders”.
While the two events do not compete directly, their focus on complementary areas of the logistics industry and shared relationships with numerous industry associations should make this a synergistic alliance.
Multimodal attracts cargo owners and shippers seeking to enhance supply chains, drive sustainability, and explore innovative solutions for their transportation and logistics challenges. In contrast, IWLEX is a specialised exhibition and conference, dedicated to the internal intricacies of warehouse operations, concentrating on everything a warehouse operator requires to optimise efficiency.
